Hey everyone, Blair Fowler who is a youtube star along with her sister, who talk about Beauty and style and has almost 300,000 followers on twitter started doing Q&A's on twitter. Someone asked her on a scale of 1-10 how ticklish her feet are, she went into a very descriptive answer which was awesome. She answers it around 3:10. she is 18 by the way. enjoy
