Actually, I believe they are mostly Internet kiosks now, but this technology is driven by the old remnant payphone companies, from back in the day.

But in some of the neighborhoods where they still exist they are "pray phones". I have seen Braille on a drive up ATM keypad AND outside the delivery rooms at hospitals. Are bookstores(0nline and brick and mortar) required to stock Braille books/books on tape in a certain variety of titles? I am amazed that Home Depot, Lowe's etc. have not been required to tag EVERY tool in the joint with warnings about hitting, cutting, pinching, burning etc yourself while using them, in addition to the eye/ear protection warnings.
