Blind chef has informative Youtube channel!

This guys has one of my favorite youtube channels, because he's so damn likable. He's a ...blind chef! And he makes some damn good food.

I wish there were more folks like this on Food Network. A channel I haven't watched in many years, because they took off many of the chefs and replaced them
with personalities, many of whom I found unlikable. Then they devolved into crappy Reality TV, showing mean people fighting, instead of informative chefs cooking.

I don't even know what's on there now....

A blind chef won Masterchef in 2012 I think (I know that's not food network though). Her name is Christine Ha. I guess it's just more evidence that if a person loses one sense, the parts of the brain that deal with the lost sense just go to working harder for the remaining ones. Kinda like having superpowers if you wanna think of it like that.

If you've ever been in a working kitchen though, it's pretty heated in more ways than one lol and some of the best chefs have some of the worst personalities lol
