How many of you guys and gals out there have some kind of piercing, tattoo, branding, or modification to your body you are willing to share??
I have my nipples, tongue, ears, and uhh below the belt pierced (which I had to take out cuyz of pregnancy, but getting it redone) and i have 3 tattoos, 1 on my lower back another on my right shoulder blade and one on the back of my neck, and i branding on my right ankle..how bout anyone else?
Also, do you beleive that tattoos or piercings or brandings or body modifications are wrong??

My ears, tongue and "uh below the belt" <gg> are all pierced. My beloved navel ring just rejected on me this morning and I am DEVASTATED--I feel like I had an arm amputated or something--like Austin Powers without his mojo!

I'm going for my first and probably only tattoo in a few weeks on my lower back--I'm a huge baby for starters and the ultra conservs at my job would get pissy so i don't want to push the issue...

LOL yea i got a branding...but i was drunk as hell when i got it done a while ago...so i dont remember it to much, my lower back tattoo starts in the center of my back and goes up and out to my sides..it HURT! But the one of the back of my neck felt good! My belly ring got ripped out a year ago so now i have an ugly scar i am going to cover up with a tattoo after the baby 😀 :devil:

I guess I was lucky, but I don't feel that right now--it just gently pushed itself out, no muss, no fuss, no pain. I'm considering 2 hoizontals on each side just to sport an unusual look, but I gotta act fast--I'm so depressed over this <gg> (Drama queen much? Me? Nah!) LOL

I'm prepared for the pain but mine will be much smaller than your s from the sounds. and I can't imagine ANYTHING tattoo related feeling good--I'm WAY too senstive and have very little tolerance for pain.

They won't do anything to you here in Cali if you're hammered--makes the blood too thin...
 
Yea....i understand how you feel though..i loved my belly ring...but yes ripped out it hurt so bad, i got my breanding done here in arizona one of my friends does piercings and tattoos and brandings so i get all my stuff done for free, so it is a nice thing to have...one of my friends has the two horozontal piercings..it looks sexy as hell, she is the only one i know of that has it

Just talked to a few of my bod mod pals--they said the same thing.

I've only seen pics on BME of the horizontal so I'm getting a little more excited thinking about it. I shouldn't think I'd have prob finding someone with experience in big city like this, yes?

And OMG if I got them done for free I'd look like one of those circus freaks (LOL!) Just kidding!

That sounds like a cool, tattoo flat, you should get a pic of it and i like the way that you think tattoos should be original..all mine have a special meaning to me, but maybe im a goober....and steph not a prob babe i like making people feel better...and shoes and jewlery girls best friend.....besides that Gene Simmons tongue..lol

As for tatoos, piercings, and brandings, I say, if that's for you, go for it. Nothing wrong with self expression. I don't see myself ever getting any of those things (Major wuss), but that's just me. I actually admire people who do have them!
 
thats awesome Double T most people who dont have them or dont want them or whatever the case may be look down upon them, and normally the branding would hurt if i would have been sober...lol
 
Never was my cuppa tea. I'm not gonna interfere with anyone else's method of self expression, though. The people who pierce and stuff aren't looking to be attractive either, I've noticed. I'd like to think it's an expression of displeasure. Just my opinion.
Tattoos? Here's the problem with Knox getting a tattoo: two weeks later, he's gonna wanna replace it with something else. Go ahead and laugh at me, but I think they made the temporary ones for people like me. My sister's got one, she got it back in the Army. She's got a unicorn on her thigh, really close to that all-important area. My parents, twenty years on, still are ignorant of it. Ignorance is bliss.
I was gonna get one when we were moored in Rosie Roads back in '82...I really thought about it. I wanted a downward flying eagle on my arm with a streamer in his beak that read "The Stars and Stripes Forever". Would've cost a fortune. I saw what the tattooist looked like, I saw what the shop looked like, and I kept thinking of this word..."Tetanus". I passed on it...
 
I used to have my eyebrow pierced, but it got old, so I took it out. I recently got my nipple pierced. Hurt like crazy! But worth it! 😀 :whip:
 
I've got 6 tattoo's total, and I want at least a few more before I let my skin go into retirement. Something addictive and erotic and all sorts of yummy about getting inked.

I'd love to get pierced too. I mostly want a nose piercing, and an eyebrow piercing. Perhaps tongue too. But I am a total wimp when it comes to the very thought of it. I have no fear of doctors needles, and the needles used for tattooing, but those huge spikes they use for piercing TERRIFY me. Hopefully eventually I'll get the balls to go through with it...lol

Mimi--you are SO funny! <gg>

A tattoo (and I know at least a couple of yours for sure) is HOURS of pain, whereas a piercing--2 seconds and it's done! The tongue is super easy--many piercers now can numb you first, it heals within a couple of weeks, literally and within a few days, you won't even notice it (hint--start sucking ice IMMEDIATELY--I did it while still in the chair actually.)

And what kind of nose piercing do you want? I've been DYING for one of those teeny tiny diamond nose studs that you can barely see--so, so cute. Is that what you want too, or septum maybe?

Yeah, I know I know. Everyone I have talked to who has gotten pierced all tell me the same thing: "It's nothing! It's one second of pain, and then it's all done!"

But.....but.....but.....That SPIKE! *faints* Seriously, that sucker they use for piercing looks like a railroad spike. Like the piercer went out and snagged one off the track behind the shop right before you walked your fool ass through the door. And I just know the second that spike pierces my skin, I am gonna open my eyes to see the Reaper himself standing there, tapping a foot, waggling a crooked finger at me saying "c'mon, c'mon you big sissy. You just had to go through with it, didn't you."

See? I've talked myself plumb out of it again. Until I learn to shut myself up, I'll never get one done...lol

I don't want a septum piercing. I pretty much want the same thing you do. One of those small little diamond studs right in the side of my nose. They ARE adorable. And Lazarus thinks they are sexy as hell, which gives me a second reason to walk my wimp ass out the door and finally get it done.

Oh I think those little nose studs look super sexy too--all the girls at the salon where I tan all got them done at the same shop (Fat Cat tattoo) and they look so darling! (too bad you weren't closer--we could go as a two-fer and get a discount--I could hold your hand and make my infamous stupid jokes to distract you <gg>)

Actually, I thought the suits would freak over my tongue but to this day, no one's said a word--it took my direct supervisor 6 weeks to notice and she sits right next to me--so may be I should just go for it--I already have a clear glass retainer so if anyone freaks, well, ya know....

I've got my ears pierced and my belly button, which I love. I feel naked without my barbell. I used to have the ears double-pierced, plus a cartilage piercing on my right ear, but the doubles rejected, and i took out the cartilage one cuz it didn't look as good without the doubles. I'm thinkin' of getting those redone though.
I have one tattoo, which I designed, on my right hip/bikini area. It's very small, very simple, very me, and it's not in your face, ever. The only way you're gonna see it is if I undo my pants and show you, or if I'm at the beach in a bikini, which is pretty often if I'm on break at home. It's a treble clef with faerie wings and pixie dust. Just black ink, no shading. I've been told by more than one person that it's the "Classiest, and at the same time, cutest, tattoo I've ever seen" which makes me really happy, since it's me own little creation.
Everyone who knows me says there isn't a more appropriate design I could've made for myself. And I agree. I had this design and thought about it for months and months before I went ahead and did it. Tattoos are definitely something you should not do on a lark. I'm happy with one, and I don't plan on adding any more. I may be rambling. I'm absolutely BLITZED on percacet... I had my tonsils and adenoids out, and BOY did they prescribe heavy meds... it is so difficult to sit through lecture classes. I feel like my head is full of jello, and I keep drawing little airplanes. At one point I was convinced that I was married for about an hour and a half. I don't even have a significant other at the mo! Good Lord. Drugs're bad, mkay? I have no idea why people would do this to themselves on purpose... what goofs. Mwah!

awww mimi, your strong..just pretend it is one of those lil needles at the doctos office, the nose piercing does hurt i pierced my own once and it hurts because it is all cartalidge, but tongue is a pierce of cake....i used to have my labre done but i took it out because my mom hated it so i did..im just that nice..lol....Oooohhhhhh percaset!! those make me looopy
 
I have two piercings in each ear. I would love to have the cartilage pierced but I'm such a big baby!:cry1: I desperately want my nipples and tongue pierced, but that would require general anesthesia for at least six months:ermm: I have only one tat. The artist promised me I would become addicted, but so far, I've managed to resist.:scared: It's not for public consumption, but it is where I can tease with just a peek outside a low neckline. It's an iris on my right breast. When I got it, it was a pretty shade of lavender, but it seems to be taking on a pinker tone as it gets older.
 
I'm so plain😛 One pierced ear, either occupied by my diamond, gold playboy rabbit, or pirate hoop.
