How about the concept of adding a new category to this site where people can post someone they'd love to see tickled (someone in specific - ex: Dalene Kurtis, OR a general - ex: Hooters waitress) along with a bounty amount. Anyone from this site can at any time then pick that up and send that person pics of them tickling their requested person. Obviously the disclaimer from the site would have to be that the site does not condone UNWANTED tickling advances on anyone, leaving the ownace on the ticklers...but a neat concept.
