I think it's fairly common to have a chaperone which can sometimes be a boyfriend or husband when the model is more of an amateur.
It has nothing to do with the whether or not the model is an amateur. If anything, the pros are more prone to have security because they've been in the industry long enough to have seen some shit. It's the dew-eyed newcomers who'll show up to your apartment sight unseen without so much as even visiting your website ahead of time. That always kinda concerned me.
Anyway, to answer the original question, here are the models who, to the best of my memory, had chaperones the first time they shot with me. It's worth noting that if you come across as professional and safe that eventually they will stop bringing someone, and that's how you know they trust you.
Catherine brought her sister.
Natasha asked to shoot with Barbie, since they were friends, rather than solo.
Priti brought her dog(!), although she said it was because he suffered from separation anxiety.
Lolly brought her boyfriend.
Eko brought Cheshire. I shot with them both.
Andi and Constance were touring together, and did a tandem shoot.
Anja brought her boyfriend. He remarked to me that "she never lets me tickle her this much".
Ariana brought random male friends, neither of whom were her partner.
Bella and (Greasy)Rose shot together.
Ellie brought her husband.
Gothex Rose brought their partner, a male-presenting person.
Stacy and Jade initially shot tandem.
Katya brought male friends, both of whom had their pictures in the Urban Dictionary next to the entry for FAFO. Nice guys, but I would not test them. Ever.
Patience shot with Lina.
Marcy had PhoenixStacy and a large fellow in the next room who I'm not sure I was introduced to by name.
Missa brought her mum(!). I tickled them both.
Mya brought a random male friend who, if memory serves, was actually a member of this community.
As an aside, although I didn't shoot with her, I did meet Bad-Ass Becky a few times and she traveled with a woman who I presume handled her business planning. I'm actually kind of surprised someone as famous as her didn't have security, or at least any security that I could see. That's the thing, you never know for sure. Play safe folks
