Of course tickling is normal, everyone knows what it is and almost everyone has tickled or been tickled at somepoint in there lives.
As rhiannon said though a tickling fetish isn't normal in the sense we are a minority fetish and not everyone is aware a fetish for tickling exists.

No shit, Sherlock. I never said otherwise. But if you tickle somebody who doesn't like it, they'll suffer during the event, but once it's said and done, they are able to put the event behind them and move on. In other words, they get over it.

But it seems that no matter how innocuous the topic, it never stops you from breaking out your soap box and preaching your morals to us, all under the sham of "just sharing my opinion."

We all know how you feel about tickling people who don't like it, or tickling people non-consensually, or tickling people who don't know the tickler gets off on it. We've heard your sermons ad nauseum. Sometimes I think your screen name should be rhidundant.
