Breast a second bottom?

Once a saw a couple of pictures. The pictures in question, showed a deep cleavage. No face, or shoulders or arms, neither nipples just a deep cleavage. They were just normal pretty cleavages beautiful breast, twin apples of temptation.
Later in the article they showed both pictures, amplified, so it becomes evident that one was a real breast cleavage, meanwhile the other was a bottom. But they were identical.
Then they advanced the theory that the cleavage was for the women like a “second bottom” , to drive the male libido run berserk mad, so to speak and make a long story short.
I always found this theory intriguing because, which male has not felt the “Wonderful sensation of well being that comes out of contemplate a female breast” as Darwin put it.
What do you think?

I do not see your point here 😕 , I mean; I expressed a “scientific” interest in the effect of female cleavage on men brain and reported some “findings” and a “theory” .
We would be very interested in your contributions to the field Dr Babbles, your reputation precedes you. We are “amazed” at your experimental research in wearing classic 'bertha' style blouse, short-sleeved and deep V-necked to stunt male brains with the power of your plunge of temptation, meaning cleavage 😉 .
Can you report any results Dr Babbles?, Do they lose the power of speech and go silent in redoting contemplation? Or do they experiment a brain short-circuit and go babbling like over-charged androids?.

I think it's silly. So, the breasts represent the buttocks, and then, what do the buttocks represent? Nipple-less breasts? How do we know which came first -- rounded buttocks or rounded breasts? Is that the only basis upon which we can decide which represents the other? Do we really need dual representation? Do you mean to say that a man can't run around and see the other side of the woman and be sufficiently turned on to mate -- that he must have pseudo-buttocks in his face?

I don't know. The whole thing sounds like hogwash speculation to me. I just know that when I was a boy, years and years before puberty, I had an obsession with circles. Anything round amazed me. I thought if there was any real truth or meaning to be found in the world, it would be found in circles. I was an odd little Euclid. 😀

It was not until later when I made the connection between circles, curves and arousal, that I realized why I'd had this obsession early on. It was genetic programming I had long before it was acted upon by hormones.

That said, I'm still fond of round things (round hips and buttocks are lovely), but care little about breasts. I could happily date a woman flat as a surfboard, or built like Jayne Mansfield -- it matters not to me. Ticklishness and their ability to appreciate it far and beyond trumps any petty matter of breasts for me.

Was merely returning what I (apparently mistakenly....) took as a good-natured joke in response to mine, regarding the appreciation of physical beauty in its various forms.

What she said! It seems pretty obvious where the "Wonderful sensation of well being that comes out of contemplate a female breast" comes from when you consider that the breast as the first source of warmth, comfort, and nourishment.

Re photo tricks, so what? There are plenty of pics like that on the net. Look at the picture I attached. Hey, it looks like a vagina...but it's really an armpit! (Cropped from this) So does that mean that armpits are second vaginas??

I've heard about that, too, but I'm a little skeptical. Wouldn't that make them 2nd-grade buttocks at best? I, for example, prefer boobs over bums any day. I think they're mainly an exhibit of female hormons, and that's why they attract males.
Other primates (chimpanzees, etc.) don't have breasts, so they're not needed for feeding babies and probably only for the "enjoyment" of human males... not that I would want to object. OTOH, who knows what they might be useful for. For example, to keep the milk warm in cold climate, or so. 😛

I've heard and read about this theory on occasion, it actually makes sense to me and I don't see it as far-fetched. Primitive man had sex from the rear like many mammals, and to be blunt ripe round buttocks presented to a male told him that female was ready for mounting. (Reddened buttocks were even more alluring, just ask the spankers ) As man physically evolved and missionary position became more comfortable and the norm, the focus went from the round, soft globes on the female's back side to those on her front-her breasts. That definitely explains why breasts look so nice in a cleavage forming bra, and why boobs and bottoms look so similar on so many women. Again it's just a theory, but I see some truth to it 🙂
