On the 10-07-09 episode of Eastwick, around half way through, Veronica Cartwright's character and her boss are at a Tea room, which turns out to be a brothel. One of the Madame's guards frisks them both, thinking they're cops. The boss wiggles and says... "that tickles", very brief.
