Yes, there is tickling in the wrestling ring, beginning at about 6 minutes, of her socked feet, not bare feet.
 
Its been about 5 years since I watched WWE so I don't know who this girl is. I watched parts of the clip and it was wrestling then wrestling and I'm thinking where's the tickling come in. Plus common socks at least wear nylons!
