So I'm at HEB,a big grocery chain here in Texas and i swing by the deli to get some chicken.While the lady behind the counter is boxing it up I'm checking out all the beautiful ladies in their flipflops.I get home and I'm putting my stuff away.I open my box of chicken and find a sprig of BROCCOLI in there!!!How dare they contaminate my chicken with a noxious weed!!I'm gonna sue i tell ya!

Yes,it is a good source of vitamin c,b6,calcium,iron,and many other nutrients.I'm sorry Bugman,I be tearing up some broccli.Not so much for taste but for the nutritional benefits.
