I know this is not a foot-related site, but many people here like to tickle feet. I always thought that Brooke Shields had very beautiful feet. I could not get enough of the toothpaste commercial she made recently.
Now, I heard an interview in Extra TV (http://extratv.warnerbros.com/2009/04/brookes_lone_fault.php) where she said she had a hard time overcoming self doubts about her body and she did it except for one part of her body. Guess what: her feet.
And you know who created this complex? Her idiot husband. She quoted him saying "hot wife, bad feet".
You know, I may not like someone or some specific part of their body, but there is something I would never say to a person, and that is how "ugly" that person or a part of their body is. That's just not right. I may not like it, but I am sure as hell somebody else does. Creating that kind of frustration, self doubt and imaginary embarrassment is just not right.
Anyway, good thing she got over it and she is OK showing up her feet.
Sorry for venting here, but I had to share it with somebody.
Have a great day!
