Many years ago, I saw a few Broom Hilda cartoons from the newspaper that included tickling. I haven't looked at the funny pages in a long time, but I just happened to look at them a week or so ago, and, what do you know, I saw the attached Broom Hilda cartoon. Probably the artist is one of us...
