i have been waiting for this moment to speak about the case again. well suprise, surprise, surprise!!! she drops the charges. that crazy tramp never had a case to begin with!!! there was going to be a severe asskicking to the District Attorney's office after that case went to court. once again, i do NOT advocate rape, but i dont advocate liars either. let's think about this case shall we?
she drops the case because she fears she wont be respected. gee, if you HAD FACTS AND EVIDENCE that he raped you, why should you be concerned? she had NO FACTS OR EVIDENCE of sexual assault. all of the evidence that has been said has been AGAINST her. i am still waiting for some bombshell from her that proves his guilt. i mean c'mon, she was going to get busted in her lie, so now she decides to drop the case. she damn well knew in court she had no chance in hell. again, if you have some damning evidence to prove your case, i dont see why you would want to drop the case. the District Attorney himself even dropped from the case because he knew he had no chance. why get his ass kicked in court when you can let his flunkies get crushed? would he really have dropped himself from the case if he knew he could win the biggest case of his career? think about it. the "Mr. X" semen in TWO, that's right, T-W-O pairs of panties (the panties she wore the day of with Kobe and the following day at the rape exam) was going to do her in. dont believe her sad little story of being embarrassed and felt she had no respect in court. dammit, if you got evidence, what are you afraid of? because of the media attention? well, DUH, what did you expect when accusing a celebrity? i know there are women out there who are actually raped by celebrities and they really should prosecute them. but this particular female was getting caught in her web of lies and it was unraveling. she needed an out...
the "out" is...surprise, surprise, A CIVIL CASE!!!! gee, money. guess what people? in a civil cas she STILL needs evidence to show that Kobe "may have done it". civil court is not as demanding as criminal court, but again, the defense can show their tons of evidence of her lies and she will get NOTHING! if i was Kobe Bryant, i would try to break her and her family into the poor house. if she is going to lie, humiliate Kobe and then try to get money from him, then she deserves to be broke.
now, to those who will probably be upset by my post. 1st of all, tell me what you know that can show that Kobe is guilty of raping this young woman. Kobe being a celebrity, an athlete and just because she said so, are NOT good reasons. the evidence against her is overwhelming. some of you accused me of advocating rape. no, i advocate the TRUTH. i listen to the facts and make my opinion from there. can you do the same? this sad story is almost over. once she gets destroyed in civil court, the little wench can go back to the hole from which she came from.....
