Building Stocks

Hey all,

So I've been thinking recently of having a kinky carpenter friend of mine build me some small foot stocks for fun at home and at parties.

I'd ideally like something small enough to be easily portable/storable - but I'm having trouble figuring out how to make them secure enough at that size without fastening them to something. A friend of mine brought some home made stocks to a play event one time and because they were so small the occupant could lift them and move them around (especially when being tickled!). You basically had to kneel on them to stop them moving and even then they weren't very secure.

Obviously you could make the base really, really heavy, but I guess that kind of works against them being portable.

Any bondage engineers on here who can figure out this conundrum? 😛

Maybe something that folds up, and lets you put body weight, or stack heavy objects on it would work. Don't know how stable something like that would be though.

If you're looking for portable/storable you could construct it in such a way that it had parts or pieces that could be assembled/disassembled, allowing for a larger, sturdier design.

I think you've hit the conundrum, though: there really isn't a solid answer for what you're looking for. A smaller set needs to be secured in some way, or else fairly heavy. I don't know how much weight my leg can pull but I'm sure it's a lot.

Now, that's just assuming you aren't restraining your lee in other ways. Taking advantage of leverage or else restraining your 'lee further would probably allow you to do what you need to do. For example, restricting the knees would help a lot I think. Not enough to leave it as a lightweight contraption -- you can still lift from the hips in theory -- but depending upon how you have your lee bound, well.

Either way I think you're going to have to look beyond just the stocks if you want them as you do, or else add a way to secure them. I have a friend that used a relatively small pair but had them fastened to a massage table and that worked very well. I think securing them against something is your best bet. At worst you could make it removable. It's just there wouldn't be much of a point in transporting it without whatever you're attaching the stockade to.

I think this is a good point, and has made me think of a set of 'double stocks' like those used by UKTickling:


If you had one small set of stocks for the ankles and another for the thighs, just above the knees, with both on one set of wooden 'rails' - that seems to me as if it would be much harder to move about (as you'd have to shift the whole thing without being able to properly bend your ankles). The ones used by UKTickling still need to be fastened with C-clamps, but are two separate pairs of stocks and so easier to shift.

Double stocks would clearly be more expensive to have built and be more pieces to transport. It'd be a lot of fun to use, though. 😀

maybe suction cups on the bottom could work? If used on floor. Or Add a foldable (hinges) wooden board (horizontal plane) that locks in position with a rod running through it. then either place the plank under a mattress, or a heavy object. if its long enough the victim will be sitting on it.

Another idea is to just add a clamping system to it so you clamp it to beds, tables, chairs, etc.

Oh. Duh. You can use clamps but just put some crappy pieces of wood between the actual table or whatever so it doesn't damage the furniture as much. Or, you know, just something inbetween. In theory that sounds like it would work well and allow you to use a smaller set.

Alternatively just use a piece of furniture that you don't really care about, but then yeah, no point in having it be mobile.

Yea UK does make good use of the double stocks but as you mentioned that is still clamped down. Still, that seems easily storable and transportable. Go for it~

Try the 4 hole arm and leg stocks...They will be going nowhere, and it is a cheap and simple build.
