I was sitting in the break room at work this morning reading a newspaper and sipping coffee. I thought I was the only one in the room so when I heard the door open and a female voice said "hello" I assumed it was meant for me. That was my big mistake. She was actually talking to another lady who had quietly entered the breakroom without my knowing and so, when I turned around to see whom I thought was greeting me, I unfortunately foiled this friendly, flirtatious, gal's attempt at sneaking up behind me and tickling my sides. Dammit!😡 She was like 10 feet away and heading towards me fast when I caught her. Has anyone else missed out on being tickled due to curiousness, overhearing, etc? She was equally disappointed too but on the bright side I at least know she's game 🙂 I tried to provoke her into giving it a second try. I even poked her with a pen a little later on but she didn't jump like I thought she would. However, she did give me a look as if to say "oh, it's on now!" I can't wait for the new work week to start. 🙂
