Hello, everyone.
I hope this is the right place for my thoughts.
I'm not satisfied with the customer service of C4S. As a studio owner of "Tickle Therapy" I'm often confronted with some problems, and can't find help from the support.
1. For example, I wanted to add a new clip on Sunday (Yesterday), added it, but I haven't seen it appear in our clip store for many hours. What's worse, the clip's image appeared in the Tickling category page and also on TMF as if it was added, so maybe those who were interested in it came to our clip store only to find out that there's no such clip there. I can imagine the disappointment. So I apologize to all of you for C4S.
Do you know what the support answered to my ticket about this?
"Yes, this is known issue. Our programmers are working on this and it should be fixed soon."
Some more hours passed with no change. And it was MY idea to delete the clip from my store and add it one more time. And it worked. I solved the problem myself. And the support could at least give me some advice, but it didn't.
2. Sometimes I can't change the clip preview, it's always from the start of the clip, when I want to show something in the middle. One more time - no help from the support.
3. When you click on Clips4sale banner on TMF (there in the upper right of the page) you are redirected to the page which is not actual, because it's in old design and the studios rankings are stuck and don't change.
The new Tickling category page is this:

Still no reply from the support.
