C4S top 50 clips stuck???

It looks like the top 50 clips on C4S (tickling) is stuck.
I don't think I've seen any movement in weeks.
There is a clip on there that is newer than 2 -3 weeks old.
Anyone look there out of curiosity and notice it hasn't changed?
