I thought I'd celebrate the first official day of summer by posting some new pics. My feet are never happier than when they FINALLY get to breakout of the confines of socks and sneakers after a way-too-long winter, and a not-nearly-warm-enough spring! Summer means four glorious months of pretty pedicures, teasing the hell out of all you foot lovers, and (hopefully) plenty of barefoot tickle opportunities for 'lers and 'lees alike.

With the onset of summer, most people think of the rise in temperatures, trips to the beach, and the musical sounds of the ice-cream man's truck circling their neighborhood. But I know this is one of the first signs of summer that you guys think about......

Foot gazing while driving ranks right up there with texting and drinking - very dangerous stuff. I want to keep all my 'lers alive, so don't drool and drive!! 😀

Oddly enough, it's fast becoming my favorite color too - NEVER thought I'd say that! I've come a long way from my days of french pedicures. Playing with color on my toes is kind of fun - they are currently a really pretty shade of purple. I'll post pics if I ever get a moment away from the family 🙂

Thanks, Devious!! As always, you are too kind It's been really nice to leave the sneakers behind. I love flip-flop weather Fun fact for you - I bought my first pair of flip-flops when I was 25. Before that, I never used to wear sandals of any kind; probably because I was too self-conscious about my feet. Thankfully, those days are LONG gone! 😀

That scenario has been topping my fantasy list since I began this thread. To one day a stumble upon a 'ler who recognizes my feet from this thread and tickles me would be AMAZING! In my fantasy, a 'ler would come up to me and say something like, "I know this might sound weird, but do the letters TMF mean anything to you?" The blush and grin on my face would be all the answer he needed Add to that, a guy who wants to try and break my stubborn streak and I'm one happy 'lee

Those feet were made to be on the West Coast doen south to be exposed all year around.

This thread just keeps popping its persistent head back up! I haven't posted new pics since June 2016 - and now I feel bad for neglecting all of you because you keep showing me so much foot love Since it's winter, I haven't gotten a pedi in over a month, but perhaps you've all given me the inspiration to go out and pamper myself a bit. If I do, I'll try to post a new pic or two.....

Thanks for the compliment! I've never been to the west coast, but would LOVE to visit someday!! Being able to wear flip flops year round would be awesome - although I'd probably have to get a second job to pay for all the pedicures I'd be getting 😉
