LOL, I also lived in Northern Cal for several years, and had a few clashes with some of the more authoritarian-oriented feminists. On the other hand, most of the "militant lesbians" that I've known were very cool people 🙂

Interestingly, I named one of my fem-fem true-life experiences "The Gina Monologues," in honour of both my friend Gina and the play of similar name 🙂

P.S: Earlier this evening, I'm sitting at my computer, discussing how to make my resume look a little more professional with a friend online, when my Ler comes into my room, and straddles me in my desk chair, and tickles me senseless...I don't know why, but it tickles more with my clothes on...and she didn't show me any mercy whatsoever...the one moment she allowed me to catch my breath and I told my friend online that I was being tickled and to help me, my friend instead encouraged my Ler!!! So, naturally, she increased the intensity of her tickling...and I was a mess...and, to make matters worse, I couldn't squirm much because if I did, I would knock her off of my lap and possibly hurt her in the process...so I just had to sit still and take it...oy...that was the best stress relief I've had in several days...I love my Ler...sorry...I had to share!!! 😛
