Can I offer up a bounty for a long lost clip?

I'm not even sure what the rules are on this but here goes:

I'm REALLY into homemade/amateur stuff and there's an old homemade clip I heard about on here from a long-gone user that I've never seen but that apparently once existed:

My fav would have to be that old megaupload clip that was going around for awhile where for this girl's 21st b-day party, 10 of her friends tied her spread-eagle to a futon and each tickled her for 21 seconds. It wasn't a movie or TV show, but clearly an amateur deal, and it is probably the best clip I've ever seen.

I've yet to hear of anyone else knowing about this clips existence which I guess speaks to how rare it is. If anyone could find this clip for me I'll offer up $200usd for it.

Damnit, I know EXACTLY which one you're talking about because it was one of my favorites as well. I haven't seen it in years though, I'd be astonished if someone was able to find it.
