Can Someone Tell Me Why I Can't Post My Own Avatar???

Why the hell I can't post my own avatar?? I have like 90 post or something and still I'm not able to choose one!! Can someone tell me why??!!

An avatar is a thumbnail-size image that can be inserted next to a poster's username.

Lime is correct. We don't do avatars here. Don't worry. It's nothing against you. 😉 If you have space where you can upload and hotlink to an image, that's always welcome. The other images you see here, both within posts and in signatures, are done that way.

If you want an image in your signature, it must be hosted somewhere first, say at kttp://www.xyz.com/image44 except that the k is really an h.

Then put this in your signature, but without the blank space after the first [

[ img]kttp://www.xyz.com/image44[/img]

Warning: If you put too large an image in your signature, that is a violation of the rules here. Keep it no bigger than the bare feet logo in the upper left corner of the TMF pages.

You sign up for a server. I'd suggest PhotoBucket.com.

I use them, really nice and not many restrictions.

photobucket was down, but I found a free webhost at imageshack.us

I wouldn't know about that one, but I do know that photobucket is pretty reliable. I use them for all my art uploading here and on sites that don't allow attachements. The server is up and running 95% of the time for me. Either I am extremely fortunate, or the service is good. I'm inclined to think both are true. 😀

I'd keep trying with photobucket. Its rather simplistic and user-friendly. But do whatever you feel is best for you, though. 🙂
