can you speak clearly while being tickled?

When you're tickled are you able to say words clearly, or is it all babbled laughter? or can speak anything at all?

I can speak just perfectly. 😀 But then again, I'm not a 'lee so I've never been tickled for very long. 😉
 
If I am still able to speak, the ler doesn't do a very good job
 
Sometimes myself unable to speak at all and when I manage to catch my breath for one second I can only say one word.
 
It really depends on the intensity and location of said tickles. Most of the time I can without much issue, but there have been a few occurrences when the words came out slightly jumbled.

Course I can, I can give ya a lot of Sass loud and clear 😀 Course being not ticklish helps 🙂

rofl, you sound like me. Like CD216 said it really depends on the spot
and the intensity. Sometimes I can manage speech just fine, but there
are times when my brain turns completely into fuzz and all I can
emit is hysterical laughter.
 
During a really good session, my speech is barely coherent amidst the laughter. 😀
 
Most of my lers make me try to talk while I'm being tickled, which I love 🙂 I can usually only speak enough to throw out one word insults, or if I have to talk it'll be with looooooots of laughter mid-word and mid-sentence.

I think that is a great test of those who claim to be "ticklish challenged". If someone can speak clearly while being 'lerified, it backs up their statement of not being ticklish. I would have loved for Professor Higgins to have tested Eliza Dolittle this way.( more than rain would be wetting Spain) GBS would be spinning in his grave I guess. Speaking of grave matters, fg666 is probably the best (or worse) at this form of elocution torture, sometimes to the tune of $50 a recording!!
 
Four-letter expletives and ego-deflating insults usually come out pretty clearly.... which is pretty much all I say when I'm being tickled, so I guess my answer is yes 😀
 
Well you know how it is when you are proven right about something? and you say "Ha!" Well I can say that, repeatedly, with utmost clarity! 😀
 
Sometimes. Depends on the spot and intensity. If it's bad, then definitely not. It's hard enough breathing.
