I don't think you can really tell if someone is ticklish unless they tell you or see them get tickled. However there may be some little signs of ticklishness. I think that high strung people are often quite ticklish; I am. I think that people who laugh easily are often quite ticklish? I am. I think people who can wear light loose clothing that brushes their sides, stomach, back, etc are not very ticklish. I can't stand wearing clothing like that; it tickles too much.
