Hmm,

It appears one must be logged in and from Canada to view the Canadian Gatherings section. Just wanted to bring that to attention 🙂

I'm not from Canada and I can see it fine. However, it did disappear when I logged out and checked.
 
Odd that forum had some different viewing permissions set on it then others. I have corrected the issue.
