Cannot Locate A Means to Enter Chat

Hello Friends,

I have upgraded to the newest version of Java. When I click on the chat room icon it brings me to a screen with the rules and a link to update Java if necessary. However, I do not see anything to click to enter the chat room. I think I'm not missing anything but that's possible. What fashion is the button to enter supposed to take? Is Chrome supported?
