this may be a stupid problem, but here goes: i have a 2005 model sony vaio, pentium 4 with windows XP....when i try to right click to save an image, if the image is on the smaller side, it always tries to save it as a .art file, and when i go to my files to open it, it says "preview not available". if it is a larger image my PC saves it as a .bmp or .jpeg file, and it works just fine, but i can only seem to save images around 500k or larger. this is maddening as it greatly cuts down on the amount of material i can save, and thus share in content. ive had other computers where i could always save and see images, even if they were only 30k in size....any computer experts out there have any suggestions, i would be very appreciative....thanks in advance! :wavingguy

Are you using AOL's browser? I seem to recall .ART files as being the filetype AOL used to save images. Can you try using a browser other than AOL's? For instance, can you try saving the image in Internet Explorer? See if the problem remains then.
