I would greatly appreciate if someone could offer me advice about what to do in regard to Yahoo Instant Messenger. Last night, everything was fine. This afternoon, I had to turn my computer off, due to the fact that I heard a possible Thunderstorm would be happening. When I came home, I restarted my computer, and tried to sign back into Yahoo IM, and I keep getting an "invalid ID and password message". I called Comcast tech support, my ISP, and the tech support gentleman who I spoke to was unable to help me. Every time I try to sign into Yahoo IM, it either does not sign in, or it automatically activates my defunct AOL program, and starts signing me onto AOL, which I do not want. I do not know who to contact about this problem, and, as of now, I cannot talk to anyone via instant message, because Yahoo IM is the only instant message I have.
