Hi, Head, I have a suggestion that has worked for me, and hopefully will work for you.
It sounds to me like you need a java download. Try going to
www.sunmicrosystems.com. That is a site Myriads has directed me to when I've had problems getting in. When you get there, there will be many different options. You need something called a java, or java applet. They allow you to download it for free on that site, and it takes a bit, depending on your computer. Once you download it, you should be able to access the site. Try this, and see if it works.
Another option could be to try to access the chat through internet explorer. Certain ISP's, especially AOL, are a royal pain in the neck when it comes to accessing the site. Go in by typing
WWW.ticklingforum.com on your toolbar, and the site main page will appear. Once there, enter the forums, and push the enter the chat option, and see if it loads.
