Can't Find this Video

Hi, I hope someone can point me in the right direction of this video I remember from awhile back. The premise is a teacher/student detention punishment. Both girls end up tickled and only red duct tape is used to hold them in the chair.

If anyone knows what I'm talking about it'd be great. Thanks.
