I joined these forums about a month ago and one of my first posts was requesting where to buy bdsm furniture, in particular furniture to restrain the lee. Comfort Eagle replied and told me http://captivepleasures.com/ was the place to be! I was pretty happy. I had Googled and clicked and come to many dead ends trying to find a place to buy what I wanted, anything outside the ordinary St. Andrew's Cross or a Barrel Horse.
I started a couple quotes on there and within' a day heard back via email with insightful questions working towards the goal of the furniture I wanted. Quick response time, good questions, seemed professional. Couldn't have been happier.
After I replied to that email (Nov. 9th) it then went crickets. I wasn't too concerned at first because they had multiple requests from me to deal with and a lot of answers to review and perhaps sketch up what I wanted for me to give the final ok. So I patiently waited...and waited...and waited. After 11 days I decided to resend my email in case it hadn't reached them. It has happened before in the history of the internet I hear so I resent.
Still nothing for days. Shortly after that I went back to the web site, got the number, and called. The first day or two I called without leaving a voicemail. After that for a couple days I did leave a message. Still nothing. Bupkis! So I went from ecstatic to highly disappointed. I'm posting this for a few reasons.

- First, if anyone has a connection to Captive Pleasure perhaps they could inquire on my behalf and figure out what's going on?
- Second, it seems lately in my life I've been having a lot of bad 'customer service' or something in that ballpark. I am tired of it so if that's what it is I want to put the word out there. I'm hoping (and also not?) that real life somehow unfortunately got in the way in the people who run CP but having heard nothing I don't know what else to assume.
- Third, back to my original post...does anyone have a suggestion where I could get this kind of furniture done?
