Nice piece, you're really good with the female figure and showing expression, you definitely have a sense of human anatomy. i really like how clean your linework is and the simpler coloring scheme really works well with the graphic style of the background and the positioning of the text.
I guess it depends on how you do the tickling if you're to consider it torture or not. Just using it to tire out the unwitting victim might not fall under prohibitions. 😀 The outfit reminds me a tad of Sami of Advance Wars, although she never wore so little down below. 😀 Nicely done!
Darth Godflesh: I do have another in the Secretary Series "in development" but that will take a while to finish as it requires drawing a male character too, something I readily admit I'm not very good at. I lavish a lot of time and effort on the female form because I enjoy rendering it so much in all its sexy variations but when it comes to drawing a male figure I lose all interest. Maybe because it represents a competing male ego trying to steal away my fantasy tickle girls. Who knows...
EcEu: You wrote a very perceptive critique and I was gratified to read it. I do favor clean line work and simple block color schemes because it quickly focuses the viewer's attention on the subject matter. Also, I greatly admire artist Patrick Nagel's style and maybe I'm consciously trying to emulate that in my own drawings.
I do take great care in getting a woman's facial expression to look right, which isn't so easy as it seems, as you well know being an artist in your own right. Because you are reducing things to a few simple lines, each one becomes that much more critical and one or two stray lines added where they aren't really needed or even a slight change in curvature can ruin the overall effect.
Anyway I'm glad you guys liked this one! More will certainly follow.
