Nothing great, unless you like hearing 'the word' from stars. Carol Vorderman and Des Lynam host Countdown and at the very beginning of each show, Des announces "ticklers" which are jokes sent in by viewers. Occasionally, Carol re-iterates. Like I said, nothing special just a little "teatime teaser" :scared:

(Des Lylam took over from Richard Whiteley who died of pneumonia which, ironically is an anagram of I.AM.ONE.PUN. :yowzer: )

can't stand carol voderman - dreadul woman. Horrible pointy face and ridiculous fake attention seeking laugh. embarassing to watch on TV.

thanks for mentioning it though. everytime a tickle related word is mentioned on TV a new audience is exposed to it!!
