If a cartoon on TV is made out to be a minor [ex: Kim Possible, high school teen superhero], then should it be okay to post a story about tickling he/she?

I am looking forward to what the MODs have to say on this.

My two bits:

If you never mention her age, then the only people that will know she's a minor are the people that watch the show. BUT, they are making a judgement on this based on a caharacter. If a new TV show features a 30 year old woman, but the show has only been on the air for a few weeks, is the character 30 years old, or is the character a few weeks old?

The woman who voices Kim, maybe she's 30.

If you do mention her age, and people DON'T know it's a cartoon, then you will be labeled a child pornographer, even though your mea culpa might be "but she's NOT REAL!".

It's a brain twister.

If the characters age is stated as being under 18 in the story the story will be removed. A person "In high School" may be 18. We give such stories the benefit of the doubt.
