Cartoon tickling?

I can't find the thread, but I was watching scooby doo yesterday and Shaggy tickled Daphne with a feather on her foot

It was one with Scrappy, Shaggy, Daphne, and Scooby. They were in a castle and this evil wizard (Malthadoor, methinks) ptu a sleep spell on Daphne (she and the other 3 got sepearated) and when Shaggy and crew found her, they tried to wake her up by slapping her and pouring water over her. I think it was a last resort that Shaggy produced a small white feather and tickled the bottom of Daphne's foot (like her sole) saying "Come on Daphne, I know your ticklish!" and waved the feater a couple more times before saying that it was hopeless
