This scene is very similiar to the pokemon ticke torture scene , 3 prisioners with their arms above their heads , 1 fatso , 1 normal boy , 1 girl , the interrogator is a woman etc. , a shame only the boy got tickled .
I wonder if this scene was not copied from the pokemon scene ?

By the Way, why is this boy wearing blue-ish purple panties! This is weird, anybody else recogonzie that! I know the woman stripped him down, but that was just embarrasing! I kind of felt sorry for the boy!
