Does anyone have the clip from the Casper cartoon where a witch ties him to a tree and tickles him? Please make my new year's eve more beautiful!
 
I Remember That Clip, Wow, Thats From A Long Time Ago!!! The Only Thing That Would Have Been Better Than That Was If It Was Wendy Who Got Tied Up & Tickled, But Thats Just My Opinion
