Fantastic collection.

Look at the background colors of the Hayden Panettiere pics. There's no way that's all from a single incident. What must have happened is that the photographers at the end of the press line saw him tickle her further down, and when she got closer to the end of the line, they asked him to do it again. 🙂

Regis Philbin actually tickled the bare feet of Barbara Eden (I Dream of Jeannie) back in 1988 (Eighty-Eight).
I cannot locate a better quality video than this.
The video caps looked SO bad that I didn't think it was worth it to post pics, so here's the actual video.
If anyone had a higher quality version that this, then PLEASE post it.
