Regis Philbin hasn't said so like QT, but it's pretty obvious from the way he gave Kelly Ripa a pedicure on their show.

In an interview for some magazine that I can't remember, Angelina Jolie and Billy Bob Thornton (who she was with at the time) entered a strange dialogue.... Billy said something like "I have a foot thing." To which she replied, "WE have a foot thing." Apparently, Billy was getting distracted by something Angelina was doing with her foot.

So yeah, I guess I should add Billy Bob to this list too....

For greater detail, I believe this incident was listed somewhere on one of those Ticklish Celebrities lists on this forum....
