I had to Google that name to find out who this was. Basically she's some sort of female Human Torch or Fire Elemental or something? I didn't quite get the gist of it. But um... how actually do you tickle flaming skin?
 
Interesting request, I used to play magic when i was a camp counselor that be an interesting story. I feel like only Jace could do that
