That plaintive "Why?!" at the end of the clip answers what it asks!

Why is it so hot to tickle a girl like Charlene? Besides the fact she's so damned cute, the reason why it's hot to tickle her is she was just born to please. Charlene does not get it and that makes for much of the appeal of tickling her - she puts up with it because that's her nature.
