Cheap tickling horror movie

I was wondering if anyone can help me find an old tickling horror movie (I am guessing early 90’s but it is hard to tell) it was not Gitchy. It was about an hour and twenty minutes. In it a little stocky balding man keeps getting possessed and tickles girls to death It was a low budget cheesy horror movie. I think the guy is a photographer and tickled his models. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
