Imagine a husband who has his wife walks on him with another woman, except the woman was a plant at a bar, meant to test his loyalties. The back story is he's cheated once before and promised not to do it again. When he gets caught she tells she is going take him to the cleaners in the divorce. The man gets on his knees and begs her not to, and offers to do anything she asks. The cheated wife tells him to strip and sit at the foot of the bed, and tie his hands over his head to the bed posts. The wife then informs her husband that the other woman (who has "run" out of the room) was in fact a plant, and that she wanted to test his promise to be faithful.
Being his wife, she know just about everything about his body. She know how to touch him to turn him on, and all the ways he doesn't like. Most importantly she know where he is ticklish, and that he absolutely hate being ticklish. Sure he thinks it's wonderful when he has her (who is quite petite), pinned under him and begging for mercy, but when she goes after him he's reacts like a big baby.
