OK, maybe calling her a celebrity is kind of a stretch, but she's an author and runs a website called Indie Chicks, and she's gorgeous.
Anyway a while ago some dude wrote a blog/column entitled "24 ways to tell if a girl's a "slut"(his words not mine, ladies). One of the ways, according to this guy, is that if a girls not ticklish chances are she's a slut. His reasoning is those types of women have a lot more physical contact, and are desensitized to touch.
Chaiara disputes this dude's premise(and basically rips him a new one), and admits she's ticklish but only in the feet(check out #5). And yes that is her picture, and she is HOTTT!
