Chiefs re-sign RB Charcandrick West,

This is probably their best option right now. West knows the system and team and should be able to step in right away. I don't know what their salary cap situation is for next year but could they join the Le'Veon Bell lottery in 2019, sign another free agent or look to the draft? Should be interesting.

Charcandrick West will be a fine fit. Like you said, Bugman, he knows the system. Before we had Hunt, Spenser Ware and West used to split the carries and we did just fine. Who knows, like you said, we may be in the La'Veon Bell lottery come next year pending our salary cap situation.

Read an article today by some yahoo who claimed the Chiefs are done because they don't have a running game now. Guess he forgot that after Hunt was released Friday night it was too late to change the game plan and they still rushed for 174 yards. Yeah you don't want Mahomes running for 50 yards every game but you can bet Reid and his offensive staff will be burning the midnight oil this week coming up with some ideas.
