I believe this is a Chinese movie.
Two women capture a man and plan to interrogate him by tying him to two chairs and leaving his ass over a fire/hot coals/etc. His feet are poking through the chair on that end. The man perks up and says something like "This won't work. I have a strong waist" (100% on "I have a strong waist).
The older woman, without missing a beat, walks to the chair his feet are tied to and begins to tickle them savagely. The man begins thrashing, laughing and begging her to stop.
I used to love this scene but cannot seem to find it anymore. Any help would be much appreciated
