Chinese Site?

Hi. I came across the following site -- curious to know if any Chinese visitors here could decipher if they produce T-vids.

It seems to be a poorly mantained site to recruit Chinese models. In some part they seem to ask for tall beautiful girls with perfect feet, with faith in the American model way or something like that. Pretty weird, and I think that if you can not even understand what the website is for, you will not be able to use it, even if they really sold tickling videos.
