Judging from the huge, white backdrop behind her, looks like some outtake from one of who knows however many photo shoots. There might not be a video source.
If there's a gif, there might be a video also somewhere, though. Although it would be quite a tedious job to try to figure out the source. Her outfit is one clue to go with I suppose, so I might try to look into it when I get some free time.
Anyway, it is one of the cutest tickle reactions I've seen.
