I found this comic in a comic book shop and skimmed it over twice to be sure. Sadly, their seems to be no tickling whatsoever. I didn't even see any notible meantions of the word "Tickle", but as i was just skimming it quick, i might have missed it.

Why they would meantion something about the worlds greatest tickler in the comic i have no idea about.

LOL What you've found is issue one, of a 6 issue comic series about chuck 😉 If there's tickling indeed, it's probably going to happen when the story trully kicks in! Or that's what I suppose... LOL
