Chun-li is hung and tickled by a mechanical device on her bare feet.
 
Chun-Li's vast, airy surroundings would suggest that laughter truly is the Music of the Spheres! Some really interesting lighting effects in this one, as illumination grades gradually downward toward darkness: the lady's intellect remains "elevated", while her nether extremities have descended into the murk of carnal excitement! Hate it/love it: the delicious dilemma every tickle-victim is compelled to confront!

I have always thought that of all the StreetFighters, Chun li would be the most ticklish. Hehe.
